In one of Europes most modern wheel building factories, they make wheels for all cycling disciplines. Road, MTB, Track, Hybrid, Cyclo-Cross, BMX and E-bike wheels are all assembled in their UK factory.
Wilkinson's aim is to always improve their business through regular investment in product and process development, supported by a very loyal workforce with many years of service and experience. They have come a very long way since the days of making all wheels by hand to now having the ability to make high volumes of wheels efficiently and to a very high standard.
The company was founded in 1974 by Arthur and Jean Wilkinson. Starting from a very small workshop building all wheels by hand, the company grew rapidly over the years, relocated several times and now occupy their current factory in West Bromwich with 18,000 square feet of space and state of the art wheel building equipment.
