Online orders placed before 4 pm are dispatched the same day. UK Mainland orders will be shipped by TNT on a next working day service. You can track the real-time status of your consignment via the link in your order dispatch email.
Deliveries to the island of Ireland, islands and Highlands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man may take longer and may not be trackable.
For UK mainland orders with a goods value of £150 or more (ex VAT), carriage will be free of charge. Orders that don’t meet the minimum goods value will be charged at a rate of £7.50 per consignment. You can combine both your bicycle and accessory orders to achieve the minimum order value.
IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN & CHANNEL ISLANDS
For Ireland and off-shore accounts, accessory orders with a goods value of £200 or more (Ex-VAT), carriage will be free of charge. Orders that don’t meet the minimum goods value will be charged at a rate of £10.00 per consignment. Bicycle orders for 5 or more units will be eligible for free carriage, orders for 2 to 4 bicycles will be charged carriage at £5.00 per unit and carriage for single bike orders will be £10.00. For Euro accounts, the equivalent values will apply calculated on our exchange rate of the day, confirmation of which is available through your sales contact.
Charges for international orders will be calculated at the point of order and advised through a pro-forma invoice for payment.
If any items are not in stock at the point of Order, but inclusion of those items means the minimum carriage threshold is met, you will still qualify for free carriage. Items not available at the point of order will be kept on back order. Back order items may be released without prior authorization.
